General Service Requirements
- Servants should attend Calvary Chapel Cary for at least six months before serving. This allows you to get to know us and have time to rest in the teaching of God's Word.
- Servants should agree with the church's Statement of Faith without reservation. A copy is also provided in each ministry application.
- Servants should commit to attending a service in the Main Sanctuary once a week. This enables you to be continually refreshed and poured into by God's Word and His Spirit allowing you to pour out to others.

If you can’t easily determine which application fits best, fill out the Basic Application and we’ll get you any additional components later.

Please turn in your application to the Information Center before or after any service. The Information Center can also make a photocopy of your driver license, should that be part of your application.
